The stay here was REALLY GOOD on vacation. Got nicely decorated studio suite by phone or email as expected, liked it. The location was peaceful, the staff were very friendly. I tried some drinks at bar The Lord High Admiral, located 5 minutes walk away.

My stay was pleasant during my vacation. I enjoyed a fabulous apartment with a dining table and a lovely garden. the staff was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared for their guests. the food was amazing and beautifully served in the restaurant. the property was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

Really enjoyed great-sized rooms.

The breakfast was delicious, it offered variety of excellent food. The staff were fairly friendly the whole time.

This place is fantastic and spotless, has an excellent location near the geothermal area, great service, and I enjoyed having an apartment with a phone or email, a dining table.

This place is great! the room is spacious and cozy, with central heating to keep you warm. I loved having a variety of TV channels to choose from, and the microwave was a nice bonus for quick snacks or meals. the bathroom is top-notch, and the beds are super comfy 😊.

The hotel is small and clean. the breakfasts are large and delicious. - the location is amazing, right by the gardens next to the lake. - the bed is comfy. - the bathroom is excellent, and they provide an iron/ironing board. - the room has a work desk and a stone fireplace.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering us bikes to cycle around the beautiful lake and providing us with candles during a power outage. The room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the forest. The breakfast, delivered to our door every morning, was delicious and included warm coffee, eggs, warm bread. The location was perfect for relaxation, away from crowds and noise, and the hotel facilities, such as the garden and patio, were beautiful.

We loved our stay at the stylish bungalow cabins with zen views nestled in the volcanic caldera. The setting was absolutely stunning, with a moat reflecting the starry night. The newly opened restaurant served amazing food and the modern swimming pool had breathtaking views. The overall atmosphere of the place felt exclusive and we truly felt immersed in nature. It was the perfect choice for a comfortable and authentic stay on the island.
